Meta Ads Policy

    The advertising budget will be provided by the customer.

    Isnish will only charge for service fees.

    For the first week, ads will be run on a trial basis to test if the product has genuine demand.

    There is no long-term contract. Customers may discontinue services like ads, maintenance, or SEO anytime.

    Performance Disclaimer: Isnish does not guarantee specific sales results, as performance depends on the client's product, target market, and budget.

Maintenance & SEO Services

    Maintenance and other services are billed monthly.

    Monthly payments must be made by the 6th of every month.

    If payment is delayed beyond the 10th, services will be considered terminated for that month.

    A late penalty of $2 per day (after the 6th) will apply.

    All penalty amounts will be donated to charity purposes.

    If a customer stops paying, Isnish has the right to suspend or remove services until dues are cleared.

Book Purchase Policy (Isnish Bookmart)

    All book purchases are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

    eBooks will be delivered via email within 3 working days.

    If the eBook is not delivered within this time frame, the customer will be eligible for a refund.

    If an incorrect email address was provided, no refund will be issued.

    For confirmation, a verification email will be sent to the customer's provided email address. The customer must reply to confirm.

    Approved refunds will include 94% of the total amount (6% deduction applies due to tax/processing charges).

    Isnish is not responsible for issues caused by third-party email providers (e.g., spam filters, blocked attachments).
